House rules
RESIDENCE SECURITY
The residence is monitored. However, we kindly ask you to lock the apartment and storage room doors for safety and to avoid any issues.
NOISE
A prefectural decree dated December 27, 1990 regulates noise disturbances. Occupants must ensure that the peace and quiet of the residence is not disturbed at any time. Any noise, regardless of its source — whether inside the apartments or on balconies — that disturbs residents is not tolerated and is prohibited, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
WASTE & CLEANLINESS
Household waste must be placed in sealed bags before being disposed of in the designated outdoor containers. Bulky waste is not allowed in common areas. Please also respect the immediate surroundings of the residence (such as the esplanade) and help keep the area clean. If you plan to enjoy raclette or fondue — which we absolutely encourage — please be especially careful if you do so the day before or on the day of departure: remember to ventilate the apartment to avoid lingering odors for the next guests.
BED LINEN
Please note that you are required to bring your own bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases).
STORAGE ROOM ACCESS
The storage room is primarily used for apartment management and, when necessary, key collection. However, we provide you access to store your skis, ski boots, hiking gear, or bicycles. Feel free to use it to dry your gear — the pipes generate heat.
SKIS & SHOES
For cleanliness and maintenance reasons, we kindly ask you to store your outdoor equipment in the storage room and/or ski locker. Please remove your shoes before entering the apartment. And of course… no skiing inside the apartment 😉
